2025 BROOKLYN PICKLEBALL TEAM ROSTER

Dekel is a native of Israel, and currently resides in Austin, TX. He is a former professional tennis player who reached the #3 ranking in Israel and #370 ATP in doubles during his 6 year career. 

“Big D”, as his friends call him, started playing pickleball in 2018 and was able to find his groove as a pro post 2020. 

Dekel enjoys his Economics and Entrepreneurship studies and being a co-owner of two businesses: Pickleball 360 and Pickleball Getaways. 

Rachel grew up in Tampa, FL, and currently resides in Cincinnati, OH. She earned a full scholarship to the University of South Carolina and reached a national ranking of #9 in collegiate doubles.

Rachel was introduced to pickleball by her former junior tennis coach and transitioned fully over to the sport in 2023. She made an immediate impact in her MLP debut and in two short years finds herself at the top of the pro pickleball rankings.

Rachel enjoys playing Apex Legends on Xbox and aims to get her LCSW to become a therapist one day.

Jackie was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii and moved to Indianapolis in 2004 where her and her twin sister Jade currently reside. After claiming the Indiana high school state tennis championship in 2013 she attended the University of Dayton where she played D-I tennis and was a biology major. 

Jackie began playing pickleball in 2019 and quickly found her way to the podium, winning the 2022 MLP Newport and 2023 MLP Dallas events.   

She enjoys teaching pickleball and hosting pickleball events in her community. 

Riley was born on Whidbey Island, Washington and currently resides in Phoenix, AZ. He grew up in the middle of five sisters and one brother and earned a tennis scholarship at a D-I college in Seattle, WA. He entered his first 5.0 tournament with sister, Lindsey, five years ago and won gold in mixed doubles. 

Riley was a part of the 2023 MLP  Dallas Championship squad alongside teammate Jackie Kawamoto.

He enjoys spending time with his family, attending professional sporting events, working out, and vacationing in his favorite part of the country (Pacific Northwest in the summer).

Hannah is a native of Canada, and currently resides in Delray, FL. She is a former professional squash player who reached the #1 ranking in Canada U15, U17, U19. She earned her degree in Business from Drexel University where she also played squash. 

After her pro squash career, Hannah found her way to pickleball after taking some time away from squash and has now reignited her passion for competing and pursuing a career in business development and social media management. 

Pat grew up in Germany, and currently resides in Wichita, KS. He earned a full scholarship to the University of Missouri Kansas City and earned Men’s Conference Player of the Year in addition to his degree in Pre-Med, German, Liberal Arts and Business.  

 Pat was first introduced to professional pickleball by Jocelyn Devilliers, and he quickly became hooked on the sport post pro tennis career. 

 When Pat isn't traveling for pickleball he enjoys staying active and fit by hitting the gym, hiking, traveling, and attending Crossfit classes in addition to his role as CEO of Hair by Robotics.
